Currently, we only ship within the United States. We use DHL as shipping partner to deliver the products. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following payment confirmation. Order done before 3pm EST will be in processing same day otherwise It will be entertained next day.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
