Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We use DHL as shipping partner to deliver the products. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following payment confirmation. Order done before 3pm EST will be in processing same day otherwise It will be entertained next day.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address & Delivery Concerns

It is essential to verify that your shipping address is correct during checkout. Keorm.com cannot be held liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
